terms of service
General
• The client must be 18 or older, or have a legal guardian to agree to these terms.
• I have the right to refuse your order if I find it uncomfortable to do.
• All works MUST FOLLOW MY ART STYLE. Characters will be stylized in my art style, so please send clear references.
• Asking me to draw another style is prohibited.
• Communication will mostly be done through Facebook Messenger / Twitter Direct Messages / Instagram Direct Messages / Discord.Details
• The dollar currency in the description is USD.
• The canvas is adjustable, the client can choose the preferred canvas. Maximum is A3.
• Includes 3 attachments: white or simple background (if requested), transparent background, and low-res watermark version that clients can post to the public.Important
• Base prices are per character.
• The price might be changeable according to the details that are required.
• Maximum three characters on the picture.
• No complicated backgrounds are available. Only simple colors, blanks, patterns, and effects.Order Workflow
1. You submit the form.
2. I accept and want to go with it.
3. I give you a rough sketch.
4. Payment.
5. Revisions on the rough sketch. (1x)
6. Continuing until the finish.
7. Revision on the final. (1x)
8. FinishPayment
• Payment should be made after I send the sketch and then followed by revisions.
• Please discuss first if you want down payments.
• The final version of the commissioned artwork will not be sent until the client has fully paid.
• I accept payment via Paypal, local bank (BCA), and GopayRevisions
• Revisions are a maximum of 2x during the starter and at the finished part.
• Only minor revisions are available.
• Major revisions such as changing the whole character, pose, outfit, etc. when I already done the rough sketch are not allowed.
• Please tell me everything that needs to be fixed at once.Deadlines
A commission may take around a week or longer, depending on my situation. The client is allowed to set a deadline, but deadline that is shorter than 3 days will be charged extra fees.Use
• All works that are for personal use will be posted as my portfolio.
• All works are free to be posted publicly, icons, header, thumbnail, and printed as product merchandise, as long as it's not to be resold.
• For commercial purposes will need discussion.Intellectual Property Rights
• The sketch is NOT allowed to be used in NFT or AI Art.
• Don't claim the finished commission artworks were made by you.
• The client owns the characters, I own the commissioned artwork.Refunds
• No refunds on the finished commission.
• No refunds once I've started the sketch unless otherwise stated by me that I cannot finish.
